Previous Ecodumad

This next weekend will be held in San Agustín de Guadalix, in the city called "the door to the northern mountains of Madrid" 34 km from the capital, the "Ecodumad", duathlon cross that has approximately 500 registered. Ecodumad will be the Spanish Duathlon Cross Championship and a unique test in the world, a Duathlon Cross Time Trial by teams.

On Saturday, June 30th, it will begin with an individual popular duathlon (distances: 5 km race-10 km bike-2,5 km race) in which there are 150 entrants, will continue with the Spanish championship of the discipline at 11:15 am (distances 6 km run-20 km bike-3 run) with 250 entrants, including the best of the discipline at a national level. Ecodumad will end on Sunday with a unique event in the world, a Duathlon Cross Time Trial by teams (distances 10 km run-30 km bike-5 km run). 20 teams will participate in this original discipline.

The organization has put together a real party around the competition, mariachis, animations, catering around Mexican products... etc. The objective of Ecodumad is to position itself as a reference in the calendar of cross duathlon at national level. Ecodumad 2013 is already planned for the first four months of next year
