We tested 3 ROADSURFER models and we give you the keys to know which one to choose

Triathlon is a sport that requires dedication, stamina, and often traveling to different locations to compete.

And what better way to do it than with a camper that provides everything you need on the road?

Today from TN we are going to explore three models of campers from Road surfers and how they can be adapted to your needs as a triathlete.

What is Road Surfer?

Roadsurfer is a leading camper rental company that offers a wide range of vehicles adapted to the needs of modern travellers.

With a large fleet of various Roadsurfer models offers different options whether for a weekend getaway, a long vacation or a training or competition trip.

With the ability to collect and return vehicles at different locations across Europe, Roadsurfer has become a popular choice for those looking to explore in freedom and comfort.

Triathlon and Camper trips

For lovers of triathlon and adventure sports, a campervan is the perfect travel companion.

It allows you to carry all your gear, rest comfortably before a competition and, most importantly, it gives you the freedom to explore and enjoy the competition environment.

But how do you choose the right camper for you? This is where the Roadsurfer models come into play.

Roadsurfer Models: Surfer Suite, Road House, Family Finca

Roadsurfer offers a variety of models, but today we will focus on three: Surfer Suite, Road House, and Family Finca.

Each of these models has its own unique features that can be tailored to your specific needs.

  • surfing suite: This model is compact and practical, with an integrated kitchen. However, it does not have a bathroom, so it is ideal if you plan to stay in a campsite with facilities.
  • Road House: This model is slightly larger, with an integrated bathroom and shower. It is perfect if you plan to sleep in the city or in places without access to sanitary facilities.
  • Family Farm: This model is the largest of the three, with a bathroom, shower and a larger trunk. It is ideal if you need more space for your equipment or if you are traveling with your family.

From TN we have put these brand models to the test SURFER SUITE  ROAD SURFER  o FAMILY FARM  And, although at first it may seem similar to choose one or the other, we have found small differences to take into account if you are planning your vacation or getaway to a competition in Camper Roadsurfer

We tell you!

From triathlon news we give you 5 tips that will facilitate this decision

TRIP PLAN

Are you going to the city for a weekend competition or to the country for a few days of relaxation and training?

And it is that it is not the same to travel to the city for a weekend competition, than to the countryside than to stay in a campsite to spend a few days relaxing and disconnecting.

If you travel to the city, or one of the days of the travel plan is to sleep in the city, in the case of ROAD HOUSE and FAMILY FINCA you will have an integrated bathroom and shower, which will make it easier for you to park to sleep anywhere.

If you choose the SURFER SUITE you have to take into account that it will not have a bathroom (although it will have a kitchen), which is a good option if you are staying in a campsite, but in our opinion it is not recommended to sleep in a place that does not have a nearby outdoor bathroom .

SIZE

If you're carrying a lot of gear, you may need more storage space

And it is that the size does matter when loading sports equipment.

In the case of FAMILY FINCA, the size of the trunk is somewhat larger, with which you can include all the material you need, although all three have good storage space that we believe is enough for 2 or 3 people to travel to a competition or to spend a few days of sport and adventure.

In the event that you want to transport bikes, all of them have bike racks, so this will not be a problem

COMFORT

Do you prefer a larger bed or a larger kitchen?

In our case, ROAD HOUSE has been the most comfortable, since in addition to having a bathroom and shower, the bed at the top is quite wide.

In the case of FAMILY FINCA, which also has a bathroom and shower, the size of the upper bed is fairer since it is integrated, and we would recommend it to sleep children or 1 person under 160 cm, since space is limited.

CLIMATE

If you are traveling to cold places, you may prefer a model with efficient heating

It is another factor to take into account, because if you travel to places that are very cold, sleeping with the upper bed open in the SURFER SUITE OR ROAD SURFER models can be complicated since, despite having heating, it does not reach the upper part well. being a canvas that covers this bed.

If you still decide on one of these models, no problem, a good duvet and hat and go to sleep! We did so.

BUDGET

Your budget can also influence your choice

Another important piece of information when choosing your Roadsurfer is the budget you have.

In the case of the SURFER SUITE, the price is somewhat lower as it does not have a bathroom. From our point of view any of the three models has a very competitive price, and become an excellent option for sports holidays.

Whether you're planning your next triathlon competition or just looking for a new way to explore and train, a Roadsurfer camper can be your ideal companion on the road.

With a variety of models to choose from, you're sure to find one that perfectly suits your needs.
