PTO announces T100 Miami women's roster

The Professional Triathletes Organization (PTO) has confirmed the names of the athletes who will compete in the Miami T100.

The test that will be part of CLASH Endurance Miami, will be played next March 9 2024.

A Duel of the Titans

The women's competition is shaping up to be exciting with the participation of some of the best triathletes in the world.

Anne Haug y Lucy Charles-Barclay, currently numbers 1 and 4 in the world respectively, lead the starting list of the 12 athletes who have confirmed that they will be in the event.

The list includes names like Kat matthews (GBR), Paula Findlay (DOG), Daniela Ryf (SUI), Imogen Simmonds (SUI) or Emma Pallant Browne (GBR),

Wildcard Opportunities

With 12 of the 20 athletes contracted by the T100 Triathlon World Tour choosing to compete in Florida, The door opens to 8 wildcards,  adding even more expectation to the event.

Schedule

On Saturday, March 9, the Miami event broadcast will begin at 13:00 PM EST. For viewers in Spain, this corresponds to 19:00 CET (Spanish local time).

The men will start first on the Homestead-Miami Speedway 100km circuit, followed by the women starting at 16:50 EST. In local Spanish time the women will begin their competition at approximately 22:50 CET.

The circuit will include 2.25 laps of swimming in the lake, 22 laps of cycling on a 3.54km circuit and will end with 7 laps of running.

Fans will be able to follow the competition live from 19:00 CET in Europe on Eurosport, PTO+ for the rest of the world and on Max in the US, as well as on TriathlonLIVE.tv.

Thanks to the PTO's partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery, as well as a variety of other international, regional and local broadcasters, the event promises to reach a global audience.

How do you score the T100 Triathlon World Tour?

Each contracted athlete must complete a minimum of 5 races plus the Grand Final, with a score ranging from 35 points for first place to 1 point for XNUMXth place in each race.

The Grand Final offers increased points to intensify the competition, with the prize fund totaling $2,000,000 across the eight races.
