Rubén Ruzafa wins the Xterra Belgium
Today the sixth stage of the European circuit Xterra was held, where we had two Spaniards on the professional start list.

The swimming took place in the river Meuse with a distance of 1.500m surrounding the fluvial island of the city. Later the triathletes covered 33 kilometers of cycling in a very complete route, with hard climbs (1100m of vertical drop in total), technical descents, sectors with mud as well as fast and flat areas. Rubén Ruzafa got the victory in a time of 2: 45: 42, followed by the Swiss Xavier Dafflon (2:46:34) and by the Belgian Yeray Luxem (2: 48: 27) in third position.

With this victory, the fourth in a row on the circuit, Rubén continues to lead the European Ranking with 37 points of advantage over the second. Roger Serrano falls to fifth position
As for the women's event, the victory has been for the favorite Helena Erbenova completing the test in a time of 3: 14: 59, followed in second position by the Austrian Carina Wasle (3: 19: 49) and by the French Morgane Riou (3: 23: 5) occupying the third final position.
