Sanders and Knibb leaders of the IRONMAN Pro Series after IRONMAN 70.3 Oceanside

This past weekend the new professional circuit began IRONMAN Pro Series with the victory  Lionel Sanders y Taylor Knibb at IRONMAN 70.3 Oceanside,

Sanders, two-time IRONMAN world runner-up, did a great cycling sector, recovering time from swimming and in the running race he went alone to win the test with a final time of 3:46:24, followed by more than a minute behind Sam long y Jackson Laundry

In the female category, Knibb was not left behind. The young American triathlete dominated the race from start to finish, with an impeccable performance in all three segments.

Knibb had the best time in the swim and bike, but gave up some ground in the run as he had a big lead.

The American crossed the finish line with a time of 4:09:55, followed by Emma Pallant Browne y Paula Findlay.

The Spanish Gurutze Frades, has been placed in the Top 10 of the ranking

Next stop: IRONMAN Texas

The next stop of the IRONMAN Pro Series will be IRONMAN Texas, which will be held on May 20 in Galveston.

This test will be a new test for the best triathletes in the world, who will seek to score important points in the general classification and get closer to the IRONMAN Pro Series 2024 champion crown.
