Timo Bracht will fight for the victory at the premiere of PortAventura Challenge Salou

The current winner of Challenge Roth will be on the starting line next 31 in May to try to add an important win on his way to Roth 2015

We entered the final straight for the PortAventura Challenge Salou and confirmed the names of those who start as favorites to achieve victory in this expected first edition. Among them, the German figure stands out Timo Bracht, who bets by Salou in the beginning of the season to go winning in front of Challenge Roth 2015.

In this mythical test, the German, of 38 years, will seek to revalidate the title he got last July in what is one of the most important victories of his career. Bracht, double long distance European champion, got in Roth to stop the 7 chrono: 56 and will be on the starting line of the PortAventura Challenge Half Salou willing to make a mark on a circuit designed to fly.

A triathlon party

The main course of PortAventura Challenge Salou is the half (1,9 km swimming / 90 km cycling / 21 km race on foot). A medium distance triathlon, without drafting, which has a single-lap cycle circuit, totally flat and closed to traffic. A proposal designed to fly that will allow the triathlete to roll at maximum speed on an armored route, 100% sure, which will run mostly along the A7 highway heading south.

With swimming in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the new circuit of running, flat and four laps to allow the athlete to feel the support of the public, the competition promises a great show where you will take care of even the smallest detail. A complete program of services and activities, as well as the implementation of anti-rafting measures complete the quality bet at the premiere of Salou as one of the benchmarks in the Challenge calendar.
