All prepared for IBERMAN Ayamonte MD

Tomorrow Saturday 22 March will be held the second edition of IBERMAN City of Ayamonte with the participation of more than 200 triathletes.

Leave as a favorite Emilio Martín, runner-up of the duathlon world, who has shown to be in good shape after winning in the Duathlon of Seville.

The circuit that will run under a medium distance format (1,8 km of swimming, 90 by bicycle and 21 of running on foot) will start the test jumping from the barges that cross the Guadiana.

 It will be a vertiginous descent down the river to the entrance to the dock of the Marina of Ayamonte, from where they will go to go directly to the T1, located on the Paseo de la Plaza de España, the nerve center of this second edition, since there also the T2 and the goal will be located.

The cycling sector is ideal to set a good pace, since the triathletes will only find small hills at the exit of Ayamonte, from where they will head to Villablanca, San Silvestre and Villanueva de los Castillejos, in a route that will be closed to low traffic the supervision of the Civil Guard, overturned once again with the Iberman.

After completing the bicycle sector, participants must run flat 21 kms along the bike path that links Ayamonte with Isla Canela, and from there along the Paseo Marítimo to Punta del Moral, where they will start their return looking for the line of goal, located on the Paseo de la Plaza de España in Ayamonte.
