The Zarautz Triathlon raises its level in the PTO
One of the most recognized middle distance events in our country, the Zarauzko Triatloia, has been chosen to upgrade SILVER in the category of the Professional Triathletes Organization (PTO)
The next edition of the TradeINN Zarauzko Triatloia will be held on June 8, 2024
This promotion recognizes the impeccable organization, the impressive atmosphere of the public and the beauty of the setting that surrounds the event.
Prizes for professionals increase
Due to the category increase, the prizes also increase dividing €23.600 becoming the event with the largest financial award for professionals outside of the large franchises.
Triateltas like Fernando Zorrilla, Emilio Aguayo, Antonio Benito, Gonzalo Fuentes, Peru Alfaro, Julen Lopetegui, Sara Pérez Sala, Helene Alberdi, Judith Corachán, Anna Noguera, Chloé Nicolas and Stephanié Laura Clutteebuck will be on the starting line this year.
A total of 750 triathletes will swim 3 km in the bay of Getaria, 80 km in bike along the Guipuzcoan coast with the Muro de San Blas ending with a half marathon through the streets of Zarautz.
