Triathlon Vitoria-Gasteiz closes registrations with record of enrolled.

The test has closed registrations with a total of 2.090 triathletes.

The last 25 of September Triathlon Vitoria-Gasteiz it opened the inscriptions increasing in 325 the number of numbers with respect to the year 2014 and in 50 days all the numbers have been exhausted for both tests.
 
The data confirms the good reputation that this sporting event enjoys among the triathlon community that celebrates this year its ninth edition. Once again, the city begins to prepare for a test of this magnitude that has an exceptional circuit to play simultaneously two distances: IRON (3,8-180-42) and HALF (1,9-90-21). Today the hotel occupancy is 80% of the capacity of Vitoria-Gasteiz expanding to Miranda de Ebro where the organization has arranged 3 hotels.

IRON distance data. 
 
Among the 1.082 enrollees we find 100 foreigners from 15 countries and a representation of almost all the Spanish provinces with a total of 839 participants. The Basque Country has a representation of 143 triathletes, 34 being the triathletes from Alava who will compete in this long distance.  
 
Distance data HALF. 
 
In the HALF distance, the places offered were increased in 250 in October in response to the triathletes who completed a long waiting list and, despite this expansion, the list has continued to grow. In total 1.008 HALF triathletes will meet in Vitoria-Gasteiz, among which there will be foreign 20. In this distance stands out the great Alava fans that this year reached a participation of 248 triathletes.
 
In terms of female participation, 163 women are registered (123 Half and 40 Iron), which will participate on the 12 day in July in Vitoria-Gasteiz.
 
The waiting list is currently of 317 triathletes in Half distance and 112 in Iron.
