A promising start: València Duatlón by MTTRI reaches a quarter of its places

In an exciting start to the 2024 duathlon calendar, the Valencia Duathlon by MTRI has announced that has completed 25% of its registrations.

This event, which will be held on January 21, marks the beginning of the duathlon and triathlon season in the Valencian Community, offering a unique opportunity for athletes of all ages and abilities.

With a limit of 600 seats, the València Duatlón by MTRI not only attracts triathlon lovers, but is also designed to be an accessible entry point for those looking to debut in this sport.

The competition will take place at the emblematic center of Alameda, between the Real and Aragón bridges, with the start and finish at the Puente de las Flores, which for the first time will be transformed into a competition stage.

Various modalities

The event offers several modalities, including individual super sprint and in pairs, as well as the double supersprint, a novelty in the Valencian Community.

This last modality, more demanding and explosive, is designed for experienced duathletes, adding an additional challenge to the competition.

In addition to the excitement of the competition, all participants will receive a finisher medal and a personalized gift.

This year, the València Duatlón by MTRI also plays a crucial role in the Mediterranean Triathlon circuit, as it earns points for the award for the most participatory clubs.

This award, which has been dominated in recent editions by the Albacete Triathlon Club, encourages the participation of clubs from all over Spain, with a total of €1.900 in prizes.
