Víctor del Corral wins the TBG Triathlon in the rain

Víctor has reappeared in competition after the infection that made him retire from the Ironman Lanzarote 2 weeks ago.

This past Sunday at 10 in the morning the fifth edition of the TBG No Drafting Olympic Triathlon began, where this year the sign of no tickets had been hung several weeks before.

The 250 participants were meeting on a rainy morning, which did not tarnish the great show lived with a swim of 1.500 meters, a segment of 42Km cycling through Alcalá de Gurrea, Almudevar, San Jorge, Ontinar and as a final culmination with the arrival to Zuera, where they would leave the bikes in the municipal sports complex and undertake a 10km run along the Zuera fluvial park to reach the finish located on the Zuera athletics tracks.

In this edition the champions of the test were Ana Revilla (Stadium Casablanca - Almozara 2000) with 2h28.58 proclaiming for the third time winner of the race, ahead of the young Clara Playan e Irene Carreras

In the male category, the forecast was met and  Víctor del Corral  (Triactiv Lanzarote) that after losing a few seconds in swimming and a fall in the beginning of the cycling segment, quickly overcame and showed its quality to arrive alone to Zuera where he could enjoy a new circuit of running, although this It was muddy because of the rains all morning. After the 2015 winner came Juan Mina (StadiumCasablanca - Almozara 2000) with a great competition being able to leave ahead of Victor del Corral in the swimming segment, and in third position I enter Ricardo Simón (Club Triathlon Europe) after a great sprint with the winner of 2016 and current two-time Aragon triathlon, which made vibrate with this great final.

There was a great atmosphere during the test, receiving a great response from the public which packed the athletic tracks taking advantage of the new circuit that premiered on this occasion.
