Two intense days of concentration have been shared by the members of the COMPEX team: Jordi Viladoms, Pedro Garcia y Yago Sardina, to which the destiny will take them to cross the exciting adventure of more of 700 km of desert with temperatures that will oscillate between the 15º and 45º centígrados in the TITAN DESERT by GARMIN

COMPEX, a leading company in the development of electrostimulation products, in search of offering the best tools to the athlete has wanted to summon these "three titans" in a weekend full of activities and whose goal has been to provide the team with the necessary resources, while assessing the state of health , that allow them to face this tough test with total quality assurance.

The days began on Saturday with a medical examination that included a complete test of sporting effort and that was performed at the Can Mora Health Center by Dr. Ferran Pons, where the three athletes showed a perfect state of health. The participants then had a face-to-face session offered by COMPEX where they could learn first-hand about the benefits and possibilities that electro-stimulation offers to the athlete, emphasizing the appropriate programs for the pre-competition training as well as for the recovery of the "Titanic" days. which will face these intrepid athletes.

On Sunday, Jordi Viladoms, runner-up of the Dakar 2014, offered his classmates a theoretical class on GPS navigation to end the session of Xavi Méndez, TacFic Field Instructor, who offered his knowledge of this method by giving a practical session and providing the athletes with the necessary tools for the warm-up before the competition and for the subsequent recovery that, together with COMPEX, will help accelerate the process to face the next stage.

Tenacious, excited and with a great deal of motivation to face this challenge, the three titans, Jordi, Pedro and Yago, who shared this weekend united by the fascinating world of the MTB and with their eyes on the TITAN DESERT by GARMIN.
