Run a cyclist 76 years by a driver who has tested positive in cocaine

This past Thursday a cyclist of 76 years has been run over on Avenida de Libia in the city of Córdoba by an 34 driver who has tested positive for cocaine and negative in alcohol.

The wounded cyclist, of 76 years, has suffered serious injuries and has been admitted to the Neurosurgery Service of the Reina Sofía University Hospital in Córdoba.

The accident consisted of a scope of tourism to the bicycle when both circulated in the same lane.

The law prohibits driving with the presence of drugs in the body, being excluded the substances that are used under medical prescription and with a therapeutic purpose. - Driving under the effects of drugs is classified as a very serious infraction, punished with a drug.1.000 euros annuity and the withdrawal of six points.
