The sports activity may be carried out once a day between 6:00 am and 10:00 am or between 20:00 pm and 23:00 pm.

These time slots will not be applicable to those municipalities and entities with a territory less than the municipality that administer separate population centers with a population equal to or less than 5.000 inhabitants, in which the practice of the activities permitted by this order may be carried out held between 6:00 a.m. and 23:00 p.m.

People over 70 years old can go out accompanied by a person living between 14 and 70 years old.

Permitted spaces, warnings and hygiene and safety tips

Physical activity will be allowed on public roads, natural areas and authorized green areas and crowded spaces must be avoided. Access to closed sports facilities will not be allowed.

The activity must be carried out continuously; in case we have to stop, the stop will be as short as possible.

To avoid crowds, the order rethinks the use of public space in favor of those who walk and bike, in that order of priority.

During the practice of authorized physical activities, the Government of Spain recommends maintaining an interpersonal distance with third parties of at least two meters, although for cycling the RFEC recommends keeping a greater distance for safety.

Physical activity outdoors may not be carried out by those who present symptoms or are in home isolation due to a diagnosis by COVID-19, or who are in a period of home quarantine due to having had contact with someone with symptoms or diagnosed with COVID-19.

The Royal Spanish Cycling Federation wishes to clarify that the insurances of the federative license and of the Cycling License will cover cycling outings as long as the aforementioned conditions are met, which have been established by the competent authority.
