Phase 3 and cycling. What you have to know
The Royal Spanish Cycling Federation has published on its website a release with the rules to follow in this phase 3 of the de-escalation
You can do physical activity outdoors in groups of up to 20 people
You should always respect the safety distance.

There will no longer be time limitations for physical activity.
Cyclists may rcarry out physical activity throughout your province of residence and, if necessary, move to those natural areas (always within the limits of their province or Autonomous Community if allowed) where they must carry out their sports activity.

During phase 3 of the de-escalation, the Autonomous Communities have the power to allow travel between provinces
