I Cycle Tour March The Mining Route, the hardest in Catalonia

The Club Ciclista J.Pons TodoBici will organize the next 20 day of July of 2014 La Ruta Minera.

With a distance of 166Km and an accumulated unevenness of 4.150m, the Mining Route became the toughest cycling tour of Catalonia and one of the hardest in Spain.

The route runs through the area around Pedraforca and Port del Comte, along roads of exceptional beauty and with a very low traffic density. From the sporting point of view, the biggest incentive is the climb to Coll de Pradell which, with 21km in length, 7,1% medium hardness and maximum ramps of 23%, is one of the three hardest ports in all of Catalonia.
