The vehicle braked suddenly causing the accident
The events happened in the United Kingdom and the video shows how the driver intentionally causes the accident while recording it with his mobile phone.
The driver, realizing that he was riding with the cyclist, began to record the sequence for later once he got behind the vehicle to brake to cause the accident against the back of the vehicle breaking the rear window of the car.
From Triathlon News we absolutely reject this type of behavior. Hopefully the video is a montage.
