Alistair Brownlee goes down for the IRONMAN South Africa
The British triathlete Alistair Brownlee has announced that it will be low last minute in the IRONMAN South Africa that will be held this Sunday.
Alistair has published on his networks that he has had some hip discomfort that prevent you from competing in this test.
"As much as it costs me to be prudent and since we are only in March, I think it is better not to risk it.
I have considered starting. I am in shape and I love to run. But I'm not very good at stopping when the gun goes off, and running a marathon is never something to be taken lightly.” commented the British

I've decided not to start IRONMAN South Africa this weekend. My preparation has gone well and I've enjoyed training for the early season goal. Unfortunately, I've developed a slightly sore hip over the last few days.
