Antonio Benito, the IRONMAN season will begin in Texas

After a 2023 season full of successes and learnings, Antonio Benito, the emerging star of Spanish triathlon, is preparing to face one of its biggest challenges in 2024: its participation in the IRONMAN from Texas.

This event, crucial in your path to the prestigious IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, Hawaii, will be a great opportunity to secure your place among the world's triathlon elite this year.

Since his debut in the middle distance two years ago, Benedict He has shown great quality, accumulating victories and several top 10 finishes that currently place him as the best Spaniard in the PTO ranking, in 30th position.

His transition to long distance competitions has been impressive, evidenced by his third place in the Cascais IRONMAN with only six weeks of specific preparation, and its runner-up in the LD World Cup in Ibiza.

The IRONMAN of Texas, which will be held on April 27, is the first major test of Benedict in 2024 and will look for the long-awaited slot for Kona.
