Craig Alexander wins 2 IRONMAN 70.3 in 3 weeks with 45 years

He has achieved victory with a half marathon in 1: 15: 13

Today has been held in Australia, a new edition of the IRONMAN 70.3 Busselton, where all eyes were on Craig Alexandrer 3 times IRONMAN World Champion and the first to do it twice in a row.

Craig, who has 45 years of age (46 next June), makes only 3 weeks was the victory in the IM 70.3 Liuzhou (China) and today he did it again taking the victory in the IM 70.3 Busselton with a time of 3: 49: 52 taking advantage in almost 2 minutes to the second classified Mike Phillips. The third classified has been Matt Burton.

The Australian has run the 21 km in 1: 15: 13, which has earned him to overcome the 42 second disadvantage he had in the T2 and get his second victory this year. Craig had already achieved the victory in this test in 2016

In the female category the victory has been for Felicity Sheedy with a time of 4: 20: 16 followed by Rebecca Clarke and by Emily Loughman in third position
