In this regard, it refers that he was treated in the emergency service of the Montecelo Hospital generating expenses to the Galician Health Service amounting to 779,30 euros, an amount that is now being claimed from the accused as compensation.
It also refers that the repair of the bicycle will amount to 4.181,95 euros, while the replacement cost of the helmet is 199,95 euros.
