Almost 1000 triathletes in the Spanish Championships of Duathlon and Triathlon Cros de Almazán

Last year the small town of Soria hosted the Spanish Championship of regional teams, the event was a real success and this 2015 Almazán has two championships in Spain, the Duathlon and Triathlon Cros

The intense sports weekend will start on Saturday with the Spanish Duathlon Cros Championship. From the 15: 00 of the will begin with the tests of minors, the paratriathlon and the age groups. At the 19: 00 will start the elite male competition and 5 'will do the women's race.

The route consists of 6km of running (2 fly from 3km), then 21,3km of cycling where the duatletes will 3 turns to a hard and broken circuit of 7,1km to finish with 3km of race on foot.

In the male category, the main favorites are Carlos Regancho, Antonio Jose Cerdona, Sumnifredo Barroso, Jesus of the Morena y Rubén Pañuela. While in the female category they stand out Margarita Fullana, Leticia Gil, Lucia Pérez y Laura Álvarez

Cto. Spain Duatlon Cros male and female start list

Sunday will be the turn of Spanish Championship of Triathlon Cros. From the morning 9 will start the sporting day with male cadets and other categories of minors. Next shift for paratriathletes and age groups. At the 13: 15 will be honked out to the male elite and 15 'then the female elite.
