On Sunday, the European Long Distance Championship is held
The 2012 champions, Timo Bracht and Rachel Joyce will not participate in this edition.
This Sunday, September 1 at 7 in the morning, it is celebrated in the French town of Vichy the European Long Distance Triathlon Championship en Vichy Challenge
Near 1400 triatetas will participate in this long distance test. Everyone will have to complete 3800 meters of swimming, 180 km of bike and they will finish running 42 km.
The 2012 champions, Timo Bracht y Racha Joyce will not participate in this edition. In the female category, they start as favorites Vanessa Pereira, Dana Wagner y Celia Kuch.
While in the male category the fight is expected to be Massimo Cigana, Andrej Vistica , Rudolf Cogan y Yulian Malyshev. The Spaniard Enric Gussinyer Coma will participate in elite category.
Spain will be represented by four triathletes (three women and one man) in this continental event: Gemma Hernández Andoain will compete in AG 35-39, Antonio Rafael Rubio Almenara he will do it in AG 40-44 y Merce Magem y Xelo Mas Molio they will in AG 50-54.
