Cidade de Lugo Fluvial is crowned in the National Triathlon and the Iberdrola and National Leagues of Clubs in Banyoles

In an exciting day of triathlon, the Galician club Cidade de Lugo Fluvial has made history by winning the National Triathlon for Mixed Relays and the Iberdrola and National Club Leagues.

The victory of the Cidade de Lugo Fluvial

The team, made up of Esteban Basanta, Nacho Gálvez, Natalia Castro and María Casals, won the Spanish Mixed Relay Championship, achieving a time of 1'23'46”.

This triumph culminated an unforgettable triathlon day in Banyoles, marked by the victory of Cidade de Lugo Fluvial in both the Men's League and the Iberdrola Women's League.

European Youth Mixed Relay Championship

Meanwhile, at the European Youth Mixed Relay Championships, the French team, made up of Tristan Douche, Léa Houart, Milan Lariviere and Ambre Grasset, achieved victory with a time of 1'24'47.

The Spanish team that formed Lucas García, Cristina Jiménez-Orta, Héctor Tolsà and Lucía Piñón, completed the podium getting the bronze medal.

Outstanding performances in the Spanish Triathlon Championship for Clubs

In the Spanish Triathlon Championship for Clubs, the Devils of Rivas VAS Cycling Boutique prevailed in the Women's First Division.

In the Men's First Division, Cidade de Lugo Fluvial dominated with an all-star lineup. Two athletes from Inforhouse Santiago, Irene Peinado and Adrian Martinez, they took the Loterías jerseys for the best swimming times in the First Division.

Triumphs in Second and Third Division

In the Women's Second Division, the title went to Tripuçol, with Montilla Córdoba Triathlon achieving first place in the men's division.

In the Tercera División, the Fasttriatlon Barcelona achieved the women's victory, while the men's went to the ISD Huracán Puerto Sagunto.
