Cidade de Lugo Fluvial wins the Triathlon Queen Iberdrola Cup

Tight fight in the Queen's Iberdrola Triathlon Cup which ended with victory Cidade de Lugo Fluvial, forming with Morgan Branchoux, Lucía Vergara, Elsa Pena and Natalia Castro.

The team from Lugo signed a winning time of 1:05:14, for the 1:05:35 of Náutico de Narón, and 1:06:16 Saltoki Trikideak. Diablillos de Rivas VAS Cycling Boutique and CEA Bétera completed the top five positions on the podium.

During the morning the Spanish Talent Team Time Trial Triathlon Championship was held, for athletes of the cadet and youth category, with victories in the absolute category of Talents of the Náutico de Narón in the women's event, and the Montilla Córdoba Triathlon in the men's.

Open races were also held, with the female victory of CEA Bétera, and Hotel Los Monteros Triathlon Marbella in the male.

In the female category, the absolute test of Talents was scored by Náutico de Narón with a time of 27:52 in the SuperSprint distance race, by 28:34 for the Cidade de Lugo Fluvial, and 29:10 in the Squali Carabanchel Triathlon .

In the women's Open event, behind CEA Bétera, CE Triacademy and Club Triathlon Albacete Ingeteam qualified.

Montilla Córdoba Triathlon were proclaimed champions of the absolute category of Talents with a time of 24:43, ahead of Natación Cedeira Muebles García, with 25:01, and AD Fogar, with 25:11.

In the Open test, the Hotel Los Monteros Triathlon Marbella prevailed, ahead of Albacete Ingeteam, and Diablillos de Rivas VAS Cycling Boutique.

Spanish Triathlon Relay and Talent Relay Championships

On Sunday 25 the first departure will be at 9 am. with the men's Open event of the Spanish Relay Triathlon Championship, which will be followed by the women's Open category two minutes later.

The elite tests will begin at 11 a.m. the masculine, and 11:02 h. the feminine. All the information here.

The closing of the competitions will come with the Spanish Triathlon Championship for Talent Relay, with consecutive starts for Elite and Open categories, Male and Female, starting at 12:45 p.m.
