How to follow Gomez Noya in the ironman 70.3 of Panama?

Tomorrow, February 16 at 6:30 AM local time (12:30 in Spain) the Ironman 70.3 from Panama where the athletes will have to face a distance of 1,9 km of swimming, followed by 90 km of bicycle to finish the race with 21km of running race.
