Municipalities with less than 10.000 inhabitants will not have time slots.

According to the newspaper 20 minutes, the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has commented this Sunday the intention that the municipalities with up to 10.000 inhabitants enjoy the same conditions in the remainder of the alarm state than those with 5.000 or fewer inhabitants.

This has been transferred to the autonomous communities in their initial speech at the tenth meeting of the Conference of Presidents since March 14, according to sources present at the meeting.

What is applied in these municipalities?

Until now, in municipalities with 5.000 inhabitants, the time slots for physical exercise or walking were not applied, both for children and adults.

To this relief, towns with up to 10.000 inhabitants will be added, so that the Permitted activities may be carried out between 6.00:23.00 a.m. and XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., according to the schedule established in the corresponding ministerial order.

The intention of the Executive, according to government sources, is develop this decision over the next week in a ministerial order and not in the request for an extension of the state of alarm.
