Last year to forget

2019 was not a good year for Lange, since after the disappointing performances at the IRONMAN in Frankfurt and at the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship, he thought that everything would be better in Kona.

But things did not go well there since the 33-year-old German had to get off the bike and abandon the test.

This year he will have a new coach and coaching to work on his weaknesses.

«This 2020 I have Bjorn, my new coach, who just showed me some things where you have to start working to improve.
