In his social networks Javier Gómez Noya commented the following:

We are all looking forward to knowing what this 2019 will do, although the triathlete has not yet been known. compete again in the Olympic Games , so this year I would participate again in WTS tests. If I decided to target the Olympic Games, I could continue to dispute medium distance tests, since the type of training is similar, where it has already demonstrated its capacity and performance in this type of tests.
Clearly Noya's future is in the distance Ironman, where we will surely see him again in Kona with the aim of winning the race and getting his first world title in that distance.
