Trail Runners move to the long triathlon of the World Ball

Diana Sanchez and Maria Luisa García will participate in the first edition of this triathlon.

Maria Luisa Champion of the Community of Madrid of mountain races and Diana, winner of Gran Trail Peñalara (110 km) last year they will try to make it difficult for the triathletes who participate in this triathlon.

The long distance in which they will compete consists of 2 km of swimming in the Navacerrada reservoir, followed by 85 km of cycling, where they will climb the Morcuera and Port of Cotos to the ski resort of Navacerrada, to finish the test with 20 km of trail running that will travel the tops of Valdemartín, Cabeza de Hierro Mayor and Menor (2.388 meters of height) arriving until Asómate a Hoyos place of turn until the goal.

This test is about to close registrations where only 25 seats are available, so if you are interested, hurry to acquire your race number.

In addition there is also the Short distance where the triathletes will have to travel 1500 m of swimming followed by 27 km of running race, climbing the Port of Navacerrada, to finish with 10 km of trail running.
