The 125cc world champion, Álvaro Bautista, also joins the triathlon

Or so he has shown this past week where he has been able to count on his presence in the First TRILIFE Campus held in Lanzarote at the facilities of Sands Beach Resort.

"It all started because Pablo Cabeza, my personal trainer, triathlete and trainer of triathletes told me about the possibility of broadening my possibilities on a physical level, living the experience of a triathlon training camp, which is common among practitioners of this triathlon. sport, since in my daily preparation I use this discipline as a complement in my set-up.

And what better way than to move with Pablo and the people of Trilife to the island of Lanzarote, one of the places of reference for triathletes.
I have lived from within as a triathlete trains, the way to face so much training, not only physical but also psychological and what the body can hold when the mind tells you ... go ahead!

At the end in eight days I made a workload of 34 total hours, divided between cycling, running and swimming, plus other compensatory work. From the first day I felt exhausted, so every day was a new challenge that I had to overcome.

At the beginning of each day I thought ... .ufffff today I will not be able to do everything, but the preparation and the mental strength helped me to move forward ... and I achieved it.

I am sure that this week has helped me a lot to improve my physical and mental level, as well as my ability to concentrate and interpret sensations, and it will help me to be a little better in my sport "
