The triathlon of Cullera will receive a hundred teams

The triathlon of Cullera is reinvented in order to offer new attractions to the spectator. New format for its thirteenth edition. A risk for the organization of Cullera CT but that will not leave the participants indifferent.
The triathlon of Cullera, which takes place this Saturday, will become a great party of triathlon by teams, an unprecedented modality in the Comunitat Valenciana and that already has a hundred registered teams.
The courage of CT Cullera has been rewarded with the massive response of the participants. And the teams and clubs of the Valencian Triathlon Federation have decided to bet on this novel test that moves away from the traditional tests, which are also spectacular, but which are more important for individual effort.
Team triathlon fosters teamwork and teamwork. The days before the test serve to plan the strategy and tactics in the different segments of the test, knowing the strengths and weaknesses in each of the segments.
From the 9 hours on Saturday will be the departures of the different teams, which will leave every two minutes in the female category and every minute in male, so the activity throughout the circuit will be continuous at all times.
The different teams, which must be composed of between four and six triathletes, will begin the competition with a swim crossing of 750 meters through the waters of the Mediterranean, will continue with a cycling segment of 20 kilometers and will conclude with a five-kilometer foot race in which already accumulated the two previous tests.
In this way, we will have to plan well the efforts not to pay at the end and we must also take into account the motivation that will be the fact that it is a team competition, since the athletes will give everything they have to achieve the best result set.
From the organization of the event and from the City Council of Cullera, they trust that the competition will be a success and the team modality will please the participants.
