Alejandro Santamaria returns to the competition at the Ironman Lake Tahoe

After his success in the last Challenge Vitoria where he got the runner-up he returns to compete in an Ironman.

This will be the first test that will be played in front of score points in the international ranking of professionals that gives the place Kona 2014.

El Lake Tahoe Ironman it is disputed between 1800 and 2200m of altitude reason why this will be, without doubt, the biggest handicap. That is why this test is considered one of the hardest in the world Ironman circuit.

To dispute an Ironman at such an altitude is going to be very extreme and its adaptation to it will be fundamental. That is why Alejandro is in the place of the test since two weeks in advance.

One of Alejandro's objectives is to be in the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii in 2014 and for this it is necessary to go adding points in the different tests that are celebrated around the world.
