The past November 8, the triathlete Ana Casares presented her autobiographical book in Pamplona, "Triathlete mom". The presentation ceremony counted with the participation of Miguel Induráin, who commented "In "Triathlete mom" Ana discovers herself as she is. His spirit of overcoming and the way of understanding life will encourage many athletes ... ".
The book, published by the editorial Alto Rendimiento, discovers a woman who has lived the sport since she was a child, reaching her greatest achievements after motherhood. Among its many titles, the Navarra treasures the Spanish Championship of Winter Triathlon 2000, the Spanish Championship of Long Distance Duathlon 2001 or the Spanish Duathlon Championship in 2003.
In it, Ana Casares recounts his childhood dreams, his beginnings as an athlete, experiences at the INEF and his experiences as an elite athlete.
