Now it is his goal to qualify for the Long Distance Triathlon World Championship, for which he will look for his ticket in the prestigious event in Lanzarote.

From Germany they will repeat presence Katja Konschak y Uli Konschak. The first is one of the great continental specialists of the Long Distance, as it has already shown in several of the ICAN tests of recent years, even a few weeks after being a mother. Won in Marbella or Mallorca and arrives ready to repeat in the Andalusian capital. Next to her will be her husband Uli, who has also managed to be in the top positions of ICAN appointments.

The squad of foreign triathletes continues with Tiina Boman, arrival from Finland. A long-distance triathlete who has already participated in the likes of the European Long Distance Championship in 2010, the Long Distance World Championship in 2008 or the Ironman World Championship in 2006.

The ICAN Málaga 2013 will also have the presence of professionals of the house, as is the case of Rubén Ruzafa. The malagueño is an international specialist in Mountain Bike, duathlon cross and triathlon cross. Not in vain did he win the XTerra World Championship at 2008, three XCO MTB Spanish Championships (2008, 2006 and 2005) and the Team Relay World Championship at 2005. Now in 2013 he wants to be back in the XTerra World Championship, as well as fighting for the victory in the Ironman 70.3 World Championship.

He will also act as host Antonio Jesús Aguilar. This man from Malaga has already qualified for the 70.3 world championship in Las Vegas (USA), after being second in his age group (18th overall) in the Half Ironman Galway (Ireland). It was Finisher in the Hawaii Ironman in 2011 and took part in competitions such as the Frankfurt Ironman, the 2011 European Championship or the Doñana Challenge, among many others.
