Today the Castro Urdiales triathlon is played

Today Sunday 11 of August is celebrated in the Cantabrian town of Castro Urdiales the 14º edition of his Olympic distance triathlon.

All athletes will have to travel 1,5 kilometers by swimming, 42 kilometers of cycling and 10 kilometers of running.

This edition has 400 participants among which stand out as favorites Ignacio Martín Muller, and Estefanía Gómez, winners of the last edition.

But they will not have it easy, since they will have to face each other in the male category with Daniel Múgica, Felix Javier Martínez, José Almagro and the Portuguese José Estrangeiro. While in the female category, Estefanía Gómez you will have to face each other with Inma Pereiro y Arrate Mintegui.
