The Trinidad Alfonso Foundation joins Toro Loco Valencia Triathlon

The test, which will live its fifth edition this year, is the second most popular triathlon in Spain

The Trinidad Alfonso Foundation has decided to join the Todo Loco Valencia Triathlon project, which will be held on the first weekend of September, at the Juan Carlos I Royal Marina. With the agreement reached with Trisense, the organizer of the event, the foundation chaired by Juan Roig goes one step further in his support for Valencian popular sports and joins a successful test that brings together thousands of athletes in each edition.

The objective pursued by the Foundation is to join efforts for a modality, triathlon, which inspires the noblest values ​​of sport and, moreover, reflects as few the spirit of effort and improvement, present in all events in which it takes part of the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation.

The test, which has all the incentives to become one of the great sporting events of the city of Valencia, will take place on the 6 and 7 days in September with the epicenter at the Royal Navy Juan Carlos I. If the forecasts are fulfilled and in accordance with the rhythm of sale of numbers, will exhaust registrations, as happened a year ago, when reaching the 3.500 participants.

"Until now we were very present in running events, with this alliance with the Triathlon we take a step further and we fully enter a very tough test, which needs a good dose of effort and safriness, so it integrates the values ​​that have always been We have defended from the Foundation, and thanks to the modalities such as sprint, supersprint or Triathlon of women, we are getting together a very important number of people, which helps us to fulfill one of the objectives of the Foundation, which is that of the universalization of the Effort ", explained Elena Tejedor, Director of the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation.

This collaboration by the Foundation, also, is part of the development framework of the Valencia Ciudad del Running brand, promoted by the entity chaired by Juan Roig to make Valencia a reference destination in sports tourism.

Toro Loco Valencia Triathlon is, today, one of the benchmarks of the popular triathlon, which also has the privilege of touring the most emblematic venues of the city and enjoy an impressive finish line in the Veles e Vents building.

In a multi-sport weekend, the test combines safety, the beauty of its circuits and attention to the triathlete. All with the aim of promoting sport for all. For this, the test is available at the following distances: supersprint, women's triathlon, sprint, olympic and paratriathlon.
