Samer Ali Guardia and María Pujol win the Ciudad de Chiclana Triathlon

The organizers and participants have been satisfied with the evolution of the test, which has had a new location for its start and finish line at the Barceló hotel in the Loma de Sancti Petri Urbanization -sponsor of the event- and which resumed the Olympic distance after many years of sprint mode. In addition, this edition has meant that the test becomes the longest running on the national scene, thus fulfilling its silver anniversary by celebrating 25 uninterrupted years of annual celebration.

Specifically, it was at 09.30:400 a.m. when the almost 1,5 participants began to cover 40 kilometers by swimming, 10 kilometers by bicycle and, finally, XNUMX kilometers on foot, resulting in the overall male winner Samer Ali Saad and María Pujol in the female category, both from the ADS Sevilla-Zambrus Bikes club.

The Chiclanero Salvador Gil, as well as Pablo González (both from ADS Sevilla-Zambrus Bikes) were second and third men respectively; and Sonia Vázquez and Jenny Moetefindt (both from Tri Marbella Bike) did the same for women, as reported to DIARIO Bahía de Cádiz.
