SWIMMING CAMP, a new concept

SportElse launches Swimming Camp, the first program to improve the technique of swimming in open water for triathletes and swimmers.

The innovation that it provides is the follow-up of the progression over two months. In this way the participants get a direct feedback on their progression that until now they did not have.

During four days, which take place between March and April in Madrid, the Swimming Camp team will control the evolution individually, being able to work on different technical aspects. For this purpose, individual filming and viewing sessions will be carried out along with the development of each triathlete's technical files.

The Technical Team is one of the strengths of Swimming Camp. SportElse has managed to bring together leading figures from the National Triathlon as Eduardo Nó, Technical Director of the FETri from 1995 to the Olympic Games of Sidney 2000. Next to him will be Daniel Puerta, Technical Director of Club Diablillos de Rivas, Spain Champion of the League Clubs in 2012 and Matete Martínez, coach of LD at CT Las Rozas. The direction and coordination will be in charge of Maribel Blanco, manager of SportElse.

Contents and Extras

Throughout the four days will develop theoretical content on training, technique and supplementation. In addition, a novel test program on 100 and 400 m is included. to check the effectiveness of technical corrections.

The third day will have an extra attraction thanks to the presence of the Olympic Triathlete Josemi Pérez. It will offer a MasterClass about swimming in open water and will share with your attendees your best advice.

The days will take place on March 1 and 8, next to 5 and 26 in April. They will last 4 hours and participants will enjoy a Coffee Break mid-morning. They will also receive a welcome pack thanks to the collaboration of the sponsors 226ERS and SURAL.

Participation is closed to a maximum of 35 seats in order to ensure the quality of the program. Registration can be made on the entire Program or for single sessions, provided that the 35 places available have not been exceeded.
