We analyze the Bryton 60, ideal GPS watch for triathlon

The Brtyon 60 GPS is a watch with great autonomy, simple to use and totally oriented to triathlon.

After using this watch in our workouts we can say that the Bryton 60 is a watch designed 100% for the practice of triathlon: In swimming is able to measure distance and time, therefore for use in open water is a good ally to control the meters that swim, in cycling and all race its use is very comfortable as with a single button you can easily manage and configure it for the change of disciplines

Screen

Has 4 data screens (you can put 1 to 4 fields) by sport with the data that gives you the possibility to select the data that interests you. GPS captures it in only 10 seconds being very easy to manage and configure.

The measurements are like those of other GPS brands, I have not noticed significant differences, what I have detected is the large number of possibilities when establishing data fields to put them on the screen of each sport.

Battery

The battery, after 7 hours of training and 5 days in clock, continues to mark as complete, therefore, its autonomy offers the possibility of testing from short to long term as HALF IRONMAN AND / OR IRONMAN, with total guarantee.

Pulsometer

The pulse meter tape is compatible with other brands and it works perfectly. Due to the curiosity that the BRYTON 60 test has generated, and since I did not have this original accessory for the test I wanted to check if its operation was correct and after consulting the opinion with other athletes that if they use it all I have been told  superior quality with respect to other brands, in addition to the comfort of it.

Data analysis

The web application to upload the trainings is similar to those of other brands since they can be consult the data from a unique and intuitive interface and also allows download training sessions in many extensions so they can be used with other programs.

Bryton 60

In short, it has many similarities with other GPS in the market, being BRYTON 60 totally recommended for people who want to have a good control of their workouts and who are "lovers" of statistics and graphics. He has great autonomy and can complete an IM test without problems.

GPS

I had some doubts about GPS accuracy but it has great benefits. Another interesting aspect of this watch is the possibility it offers where you can make several running test (3Km and 5Km) and in reference to the data offered by the Bryton stipulates the work zones (7 zones)

The signal to capture is fixed, that is, it registers uniquely every certain time and there could be an energy saving. Another "but" that could be drawn is that in the record of min / km oscillates, it does not keep a continuous rhythm, still it offers precise data of the entremaniento.

Another aspect that I have valued is that when you take a break in the “race” format when you resume walking, it takes you approximately 100 meters to reach the race pace you are taking. During those seconds the values it offers are not 100% valid. It usually happens in wooded areas, when you wander around the city taking "sharp" turns in the streets and so on. but it does not record less distance compared to other GPS measurement systems.
