Hed launches its new Vanquish and JET 70 Express wheels

The American brand specializing in aerodynamic wheels for cycling and triathlon, has just launched two models on the market, one in profile for the roof system made of 100 in carbon and others for triathlon with a multi-purpose character.

The HED Vanquish they look for to obtain the comfort of having camera and cover in a wheel 100% carbon. It is a profile wheel for roof system manufactured 100% carbon and available in standard version, track and Powertap.

According to the brand, they are resistant and have been tested both for training and for cycling or triathlon competitions. “The C2 width creates an extremely aerodynamic wheel-tyre junction. The Hed Vanquish combine the aesthetics of tubular wheels with the comfort of clincher wheels”, commented those responsible.

One of the novelties presented by the Vanquish is a new carbon compound specially designed for the braking surface, which seeks to ensure a more homogeneous and more reliable braking.

They announce a weight of 1633 g the pair, constituting therefore a lighter alternative to the well-known Hed Jet60.

Meanwhile, the Hed JET 70 Express They are oriented wheels for all types of distances and specialties in triathlon, with medium and long distance objectives and their compatibility with sprint and Olympic triathlons. In cycling, your destination is the flat and mid-mountain stages.

They come with C2 rings and with SCT system in order to give stability even with lateral winds.
