Proof of Skechers Go Run Ride 3 shoes

The shoe brand Skechers has left us its new running shoe from the Ride series, the Skechers go run ride 3  to analyze it.

 

It's a great lightweight shoe that comes with all the features of its predecessor the Go Run Ride2 but with a fresh design.

 

It is a shoe of the "natural running" type for those runners looking for comfort in workouts and that thanks to its curved sole improve the natural footprint with the anterior part of the foot.

 

This shoe, although it is listed as "Minimalist"In the less aggressive of the brand and allows a great comfort apart from improving the quality of the race on foot.

 

Features:

Go Run ride 3 has several technologies such as Progressive Flex, which makes the sole more flexible and allows the feet to move naturally. On the other hand technology Go I imposed, which thanks to a series of circular pieces embedded in the sole provide greater sensitivity between the foot and the ground and ensure that no stability or traction is lost in the race.

 

But this is not all, Skechers presents two new features of its own, Resalyte which is a cushioning system that offers greater durability in the sole besides a feeling of protection, and a second feature called MStrike,  It allows the runner to run with the forefoot as it has a curved sole and this facilitates the tread of that area and improves running efficiency.

 

 

 

As to drop of this shoe, it is only 4 millimeters, which allows to maintain an almost neutral position.

 

The interior of the Go Run 3 has a great finish, and is lined with a Microfiber that can allow its use without Socks. This characteristic allows a great sensitivity with the ground.

 

 

The Upper is designed without seams for a similar fit to a sock. In addition this shoe offers a feelings of comfort and flexibility thanks to its greater width and space in the sole of the foot to reduce the friction in the toes, something that some runners will appreciate.

 

And for the night runners this shoe comes with brands reflective on the side and the back to improve visibility in night workouts.

 

With a weight of 238 gr the go Run 3 are a training shoes commonly used for those runners looking for comfort and want to start in the "natural running" style in a non-aggressive way.
