Luck's power meter shoes "unveiled" at UNIBIKE

In the stand of the Spanish brand we could see the prototype of the shoe with power meter that will be launched at the beginning of the 2015.

 

 

The novelties are the new tailored shoe system, the possibility of customizing the shoe and the inclusion of the power meter

All in high-end sneakers, can be manufacture at measurement thus making corrections of varos, valgus, etc. Each shoe has 15 widths of different lasts among which to choose and you can even make a special last for the client if you do not find the one that fits perfectly. In addition, the athlete can design the shoe to your liking.

 

The Luck shoes feature a carbon mezzanine system patented by the brand. This feature has the advantage of decrease the weight, enable a system of air recirculation constant inside and having 2 carbon layers  absorb the impacts I received the shoe in the pedaling.

The power meter integrated in the shoe will be launched on the market next year and will feature independent measurements on each foot so it will offer the cyclist a very useful information to improve their performance on the bike.

 

Inside, the entire system of Internal wiring will be watertight. The communication system currently used by this shoe will be the bluetooth, so send Real-time information to the mobile phone, but it will also have another system that can be used to communicate with any device

 

The brand has created a mobile application that will give you information about each session. Cadence power, etc.

 

Regarding weight, they are currently in the integration phase but according to what they tell us they will be close to the 10 grams so it will be the shoes that integrate this system will hardly notice the difference
