· 5 'soft race to release

WEDNESDAY · 15 'soft warming stroke

· 10x400m in z3 + 100m walking to recover between series

· 5 'soft race to release

THURSDAY Force training in circuit: 2 turns without pause (see image)
FRIDAY Rest
SATURDAY 50 'race continues to start the 10 first minutes at a softer pace
SUNDAY Rest
Career rhythms · Z1 = very soft (warm up / release)

· Z2 = soft / comfortable (eg: rhythm of technique)

· Z3 = medium / moderate ("it's biting but I'm holding it")

· Z4 = strong / intense («I am suffering»)

· Z5 = very intense / maximum («I can not even speak»)

· Rhythm compe = rhythm that you will take on the day of the competition
