10 'smooth run

WEDNESDAY 1h25 'race continues by starting the 10 first minutes at a softer pace
THURSDAY Rest
FRIDAY 15 'gentle warm-up run

10 × 500/1 'z4

5 'smooth stroke to drop

SATURDAY Rest
SUNDAY Strength training circuit: 3 laps without pause (see image)
Career rhythms Z1 = very soft (heat / release)

Z2 = soft / comfortable (e.g .: technique rhythm)

z3=medium/moderate (“it stings but I can hold on”)

z4 = strong/intense (“I am suffering”)

z5= very intense/maximum (“I can't even talk”)

Compe rhythm = rhythm that you will carry on the day of the competition
