We continue with the training plan of 6 weeks to prepare the mythical duel Madrid North South by Skechers!

MONDAY · 10 'warming up race

· 500m z4 + 1Km z2 + 500m z4 + 1,5Km z2 + 500m z4 + 2Km z2 + 500m z4

· 10 'soft race

WEDNESDAY 1h15 'race continues by starting the 10 first minutes at a softer pace
THURSDAY Rest
FRIDAY · 15 'soft warming stroke

· 10 × 500 / 1 'z4

· 5 'soft race to release

SATURDAY Rest
SUNDAY Force training in circuit: 3 turns without pause (see image)
Career rhythms · Z1 = very soft (warm up / release)

· Z2 = soft / comfortable (eg: rhythm of technique)

· Z3 = medium / moderate ("it's biting but I'm holding it")

· Z4 = strong / intense («I am suffering»)

· Z5 = very intense / maximum («I can not even speak»)

· Rhythm compe = rhythm that you will take on the day of the competition
