Compex and Omega Pharma Quick Step celebrate the renewal of their association with a world title

For the third consecutive year, Compex is associated with the Omega Pharma Quick Step professional cycling team.

OPQS is one of the best teams in the UCI world ranking (Union Cycliste Internationale). This team is known for having runners like Mark Cavendish (World Champion in 2011, winner of 25 stages in the Tour de France, champion of Milan-San Remo, and current time trial), Tony Martin (3 times world time trial title winner), Tom Boonen (World Champion in 2005, Green Jersey in the Tour de France, 3 times winner of Paris-Roubaix and 3 times winner of the Tour of Flanders), Allessandro Petacchi (Winner of the Green Jersey in the Tour de France and winner of the Milan-San Remo), Rigoberto Uràn (2º in the last edition of the Giro d'Italia) and Zdenek Stybar (3 times Cyclo Cross World Champion).

With the triumph of Zdenek Stybar in the world Cyclo Cross competition last Sunday in Holland, The team has had a great start this year and it has been the best way to celebrate the renewed collaboration with Compex.

The team also has the title of world time trial champion as well as the individual title for the winner Tonny Martin. Omega Pharma Quick Step is, without a doubt, one of the most professional and most successful teams in cycling.

Through the renewal of the collaboration agreement for 2014-2015, Compex is in constant contact with the team's medical staff, and Dr. Helge Riepenhof in particular. Dr. Riepenhof uses Compex intensively with the runners after each effort. 

"Recovery is one of the most important programs for us. But we also use compex to prevent injury, warm-up and even pain relief " indicated Riepenhof.
