How does RecovER Cream work?

Thanks to its ingredients it acts favoring muscle relaxation at the same time that stimulates the elimination of toxins and oxygenation in trained muscle groups.

What are the components of RecovER Cream?

MAGNESIUM

Promote muscle relaxation and reduce the risk of cramping.

GRAPE EXTRACT

Thanks to its richness in polyphenols it has a high antioxidant power as well as vasodilator, favoring the neutralization of free radicals generated during exercise and stimulating blood flow.

CHESTNUT EXTRACT OF INDIAS

The extract improves blood circulation thanks to its richness in Aescina, Flavonoides and Tannins.

ROSEMARY OIL

Great natural antioxidant for its richness in phenolic diterpeos. In addition, it acts in the formation of prostaglandins in the same way as usual anti-inflammatories do, reducing muscle inflammation and generating a relaxing effect.

MENTHOL & CAMPHOR

They provide a cooling effect thanks to the stimulation of our thermoregulatory receptors (specifically the TRPM8).

What DOSE IS RECOMMENDED?

Training days: twice, after training and once before bedtime.
Days off: Once before bed.

HOW TO APPLY IT?

Take a small amount of cream and massage over the desired area.
Let the product absorb completely.
Repeat the process according to the exercise performed.

TESTING!

From Triathlon News we tested the cream in three training sessions on consecutive days.

Our procedure was to use it on one leg if and not on the other, to see the differences after intense cycling and running races.

When opening the boat the feeling was very good, with a very natural smell and nothing chemical It gives us a very good impression. As soon as you spread it on your legs you feel a feeling of relaxation, refreshing and relief.

After 24 hours the sensation in both is the same, without noticing a differentiation in muscle recovery improvement between the one we put cream and the one that didn't, although we are very pleasantly surprised that our skin is hydrated, Soft and without any fat, so once the cream is absorbed, it is not necessary to shower to remove any odor or fat that could have left.

After a second training, and applied the Recover Cream on the same leg, the third day if we could feel the leg, in addition to the sensation of instant relief, a better recovery than in which we do not apply any type of cream, which helps to assimilate more training sessions weekly.

At the level of use it is very simple, just open the boat and massage the cream. The boat is very useful for use at home, but if we miss that there is no alternative to the "toothpaste tube" format to carry in the backpack to competitions or travel.
