With the points added by the victory in the Ironman 70.3 World Championship, Javier Gómez Noya is practically qualified for next year's World Ironman Hawaii.

Achieve the victory de Javier Gómez Noya in the Ironman World 70.3 are 3.000 points in the KPR Ranking (Kona Pro Ranking) what with the new classification system established from 2017 practically ensures mathematical participation for Kona 2018, this year the last triathlete to qualify for the World Cup was Eneko Llanos with 2975 points.

Si Javi decides to compete in "Mecca" next year would still have to meet another requirement, finish an Ironman, with that could be enough.

The logical thing about Noya's sporting career would be that in that Ironman she would obtain a good result which would guarantee her the points needed to be mathematically qualified for Kona. If you need more points, you could still run another 70.3 and another IM. With 3.300-3.500 points it would be enough to be in Hawaii seeing the references of this season.

As a curiosity, nowadays Javier Gómez Noya leads the KPR and KPR 70.3 rankings of 2018...and is second in the WTS.
