Judith Corachán qualifies for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship

It will be the first Spanish triathlete to qualify as a professional

This morning the list of the first court of the triathletes classified for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship was announced, where the 40 will be the first in the world ranking, as well as the winners of the continental championships and the previous world champions.

Judith Corachán it has been classified with 1860 points, in the 31 position in a classification where only the 300 are the best triathletes in the world in the middle distance.

The results in which he has obtained the classification have been the Ironman 70.3 from the Philippines where was 4ª, the Ironman70.3 of Bahrain where was 8ª and the Ironman70.3 from Lanzarote where he managed to get on the podium in 3ª position.

The Ironman 70.3 World Championship will be held in the US city of Chattanoga next Saturday September 9. In this event there will only be two Spaniards competing in the PRO category, Judith Corachán in women and Javier Gómez Noya in men.
