Eneko inaugurated the season in this test where she has achieved the 18ª final position.

Today the Ironman 70.3 of Buenos Aires has been contested where more than 2.000 triathletes have participated in this medium distance test (1,9-90-21).

On the starting line he was Ben Hoffman, second last year and fourth in kona, Lionel Sanders, the fastest man in an Ironman test achieved in Arizona and Eneko Llanos among the favorites for victory.

The victory has been for Lionel Sanders with a final time of 3: 42; 47, followed by Rodolphe Von Berg (3: 46: 15) and for Igor Amorelli (3: 46: 52) occupying the third final position. Eneko Llanos has finished the test in the eighteenth position with a time of 3: 59: 02

Eneko Llanos commented on his social networks: “Finisher and happy with it since there have been many times that the withdrawal has crossed my mind. There was no "chicha" in the legs today, at least not to be ahead. Very stuck in slow rhythms that I find it difficult to pass lately.

I want to think that although today has been a negative aspect, it will be good to face the Ironman in South Africa in three weeks and that "Ironman rhythm" that I have more assimilated will be useful to me in the longer distances."
